Select Order Status to Trigger Random Ticket Generation
Choose one or more order statuses that will automatically generate a unique ticket for your giveaway, lottery/lucky draw, or contest. This ensures each participant receives their ticket as soon as their order meets the selected status—making your reward campaign smooth, transparent, and professional.

Ticket Generation Based on Order Status
If you select Processing or On Hold, giveaway tickets will be automatically generated when an order reaches either of those statuses. If you select Completed, tickets will be generated once the order is marked as Completed. The system will generate unique random tickets based on the order statuses you’ve chosen—ensuring accurate and timely ticket distribution for your giveaway, lottery/lucky draw, or contest.

Place an Order to Receive Giveaway Tickets
Once you create an order and its status reaches the selected condition (e.g., Processing, On Hold, or Completed), the system will automatically generate your lottery or giveaway tickets. You’ll be able to view the random tickets once the order meets the configured status trigger.

View Generated Ticket Numbers After
After completing the checkout, you will see the generated ticket numbers based on the quantity ordered.
To review ticket details, go to the Order Edit Page in the admin panel—there you’ll find the list of ticket numbers and the total number of giveaway tickets your customer received.
This ensures full visibility into each contest, lottery, or giveaway entry.
